Amanda’s leadership, impeccable execution skills, and unwavering resilience have consistently earned her accolades, including the ‘Top 100 Women in Construction’ list. Her continued investment in the company (since 2014) shows her unwavering commitment to Jubilee Metals.

Jim Moore

Senior Environmental Engineer

Jim is a mining engineer with a 30-year track record in the industry. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable and diverse experience in mine operations across Australia, Africa, and Asia. Jim has a particular expertise in mine planning, with a wealth of knowledge about creating practical and actionable strategies for mine building and implementation. He has taken part in many mine commissioning projects, successfully overseeing and implementing feasibility plans for these operations. Jim’s extensive knowledge spans a range of commodities, including gold, magnetite, lithium, and base metals.

Caroline Howrihane

Caroline has almost 35 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, both in Australia and the UK. She has worked in the resources industry since 2007, preferring roles in smaller explorers because of their supportive team environments. Caroline has worked with Jean-Marc and Nathan on several ventures over the past years, including in her current role at Jubilee Metals.

Allison Siddaway

Allison is an associate environmental scientist with more than ten years’ experience in environmental science and planning. She works predominately in the environmental impact assessment and environmental management fields on a variety of small to large scale projects. Allison works as Epic Environmental’s project manager for Jubilee Metals, overseeing development and delivery of all environmental approvals required for the project.

Carl Swensson

Carl is an exploration geologist with more than 40 years of extensive global experience in mineral exploration and resource assessment. He served as a chief geologist for Normandy Mining from 1989 to 2002, during which time the company grew from $100 million to a $4.9 billion market capitalisation. Carl has significant Victorian experience as part of Bendigo Associates’ evaluation of Fosterville and recognises the potential of northeast Victoria.

Duncan Cornish

Duncan was the founding CFO and company secretary for Ballymore Resources Ltd (ASX:BMR), Stanmore Coal Ltd (ASX:SMR), Waratah Coal Ltd (TSX and ASX:WCI), Bow Energy Ltd (ASX:BOW) and Orbis Gold Ltd (ASX:OBS) and is a chartered accountant with significant experience as a public company CFO and company secretary, focused on finance, administration and governance roles.

Michael Reed

Michael is a mining executive with more than 30 years of broad-based industry experience spanning from Australia to Africa. His diversified experience includes strategic planning of mining operations, project development and commissioning, mine management and optimisation, restructuring and expansion, sustainability and government relations. Michael’s experience covers a wide range of commodities, including gold, base metals, alumina, iron ore, battery metals, and rare earths.

Peter Tracy

Peter has an extensive strategic and operational business general management background in the mining, resources and infrastructure sectors. He has more than 35 years’ experience across all aspects of industry in both construction and operational phases, with particular expertise in strategy development and implementation of EPCM management, risk management, human resources, industrial relations, Indigenous engagement, housing and accommodation, social impact management and government approvals, and community affairs.

Marjorie Solomon

Marjorie has more than 20 years of experience in public and government relations, communications, and publishing. She has worked in the UK, Israel, the US, and Australia in the education, health, media, and native title sectors.

Mark Winsley

Mark is a mining and exploration geologist. He has 25 years of hands-on exploration experience working with major mining companies and junior (ASX) explorers, including consulting and advisory on acquisitions, due diligence studies, technical auditing, and resource evaluation across coal, mineral sands, and copper gold commodity groups in Australia and internationally. Mark’s role with Jubilee Metals returns him to his roots, allowing him to work with friends and like-minded geologists who are passionate about the discovery process and the communities we work in.

Ley Kingdom

Ley has more than 25 years’ experience as a geologist having worked for Western Mining Corporation, BHP and a number of juniors on greenfield projects through to resource definition and feasibility. Ley has a comprehensive understanding of resource projects and their development in a Victorian specific context and brings an important range of regulatory compliance skills to the board.

Nathan A Cull

Nathan (Nat) is a geologist with more than 30 years’ experience in the exploration and mining sectors, particularly in resource evaluation and estimation. Nat has worked at eight underground gold mines, 17 open cut gold mines and more than 40 gold exploration projects across Australia and internationally. Nat holds directorships and has co-founded a number of Australian private resource companies which have transitioned from greenfields through to development and production.

Jean-Marc Manning

Jean-Marc (JM) has extensive international experience in the financial and banking sector and resource development. Since 2006 he has specialised in the development of Australian exploration and mining projects. In that time, he has been instrumental in assisting companies to develop maiden resources, optimise their operations, and enhance shareholder value. JM has worked across several continents and countries including India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and Australia and holds numerous directorships.

Nathan Cammerman

Nathan’s senior executive and board experience includes project generation, evaluation and acquisition, permitting, feasibility studies and financing. Nathan has a strong track record in shareholder wealth creation across a range of divestment and exit strategies. He is a co-founder and executive director of Jubilee Metals Ltd. Nathan holds Masters’ degrees in Integrated Water Management and International Business.
